Verizon Wireless and HTC have officially announced their upcoming 4G Android smartphone ‘HTC Thunderbolt’ at this year’s CES. This new LTE-capable handset will sport a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, an 8.0-megapixel rear-facing camera with HD video recording, a front-facing camera for video calls, HTC’s new Sense UI, wireless DLNA support and run on Android 2.2 OS. Unfortunately, there’s no word on release date yet.
