Samsung Fascinate’s DL09 update Mess Up Emergency Call For Some

Samsung Fascinate’s DL09 update messed up the device emergency calls. It appears when you’re using the pattern-based lock screen. The worst out of all, the bug is attacking only some device which make even harder to find the cause of it.

The following video will shows how when you enter the pattern-based lock screen and you press the emergency button, it does not work.
But when you unlocked it then the emergency dial will appeared. This indeed a serious matter to be taken by both Samsung and Verizon. We are hoping Samsung will deal with this emergency call bug issues as soon as possible. We do not wish to hear someone get into incident and cannot contact the authority as soon as possible.
